These commissions include listing, photos, website, auction flyer setup, 500 2 sided (8-1/2" x 14"), assistance in auction setup on location if needed. Also includes payment of auctioneers, ring men, clerks, registration personnel, cashier- if needed, clerk tickets, bid cards, registrations forms, directional auctions signs, and up to 40 tables if needed.

Other incurred expenses would be advertising in local and national publications, portable restrooms, dumpsters, clean up crew- if needed, postage if mailers are required.

Auctions of special interest sometimes require customized service to promote and conduct a successful auction.
