Pursuant to K.S.A. 8-1102 and K.S.A. 58-211 the following vehicles will be sold at public auction on Saturday August 7th, 2010 at 12:00 PM unless claimed by the owner and all tow and storage charges are paid in full.  All sales are final.  No refunds.  All sales are “AS IS”.  Accepted forms of payment are cash, pre-approved business check and credit/debit cards.  A 5% charge will apply when paying by credit/debit card.  Additional costs: $125 for a title if available, $100 for paperwork, and $25 for keys if available.  Paperwork does not guarantee a title.
